MY APPROACH
Therapy that meets
you where you are.
You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly where to begin.
You may be carrying a lot, finding your way through a change, or hoping to feel closer to someone you love. Whatever brings you here, I’ll take the time to get to know you and what matters to you.
My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), an approach that welcomes every part of you with curiosity and compassion. Together, we’ll make room for what feels difficult, notice your strengths, and explore what you need, at a pace that feels right for you.
Meet KatieYou might feel
at home here if…
You’re used to being the one who holds everything together.
You’ve spent years feeling different, misunderstood, overly sensitive, intense, or like you never quite fit the mold.
Your child has big feelings or struggles in ways that do not make sense from the outside.
You recently learned that ADHD, autism, or neurodivergence may be part of your story.
You love your family deeply and still sometimes feel exhausted, resentful, overwhelmed, or lost inside the work of caring for everyone.
You and your partner keep getting caught in the same argument and cannot seem to find your way out of it.
Or maybe you cannot quite explain what is wrong. You just know that something feels harder than it should.
You do not have to have it figured out before you come.

I’m a therapist, parent, and former elementary school teacher. My years with children and families shaped how I show up today: with warmth, curiosity, humor, and respect for each person’s story.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re overwhelmed or used to holding everything together. I offer a space where you don’t have to perform, find the right words, or have everything figured out.
I believe therapy works best when you feel understood and comfortable being yourself. Together, we can slow down, make sense of what’s beneath the surface, and find practical ways forward that feel true to who you are. There’s room for all of you here.
