Let’s connectA place to be yourself
A Place to Explore Who You Are

Identity can be deeply personal, deeply relational, and sometimes deeply complicated.
I love working with LGBTQ+ clients who are exploring questions of identity, sexuality, gender, relationships, belonging, and transition. For some people, this means having space to wonder without pressure. For others, it means making sense of changes that are already unfolding in their lives.
Therapy can be a place to explore who you are, what feels true, what feels uncertain, and what it means to live in a way that feels more aligned with yourself.
My approach
Affirming, Informed, and Grounded in Allyship
My graduate training at Santa Clara University included an LGBTQ emphasis, and I am a member of WPATH.
I believe allyship is active. It means continuing to learn, listening carefully, respecting each person’s language and lived experience, and creating a space where you do not have to educate your therapist in order to be understood.
My role is not to tell you who you are. It is to offer a thoughtful, supportive space where you can explore your experience with curiosity, dignity, and respect.
Our work together
Support Through Change, Questions, and Transition
Questions of identity and sexuality can touch every part of life.
They can affect family relationships, friendships, dating, partnership, parenting, faith, work, school, community, and the way you understand yourself. Transitions can also bring a mix of relief, excitement, fear, grief, vulnerability, and hope.
There is room here for all of that.
Whether you are questioning, coming out, navigating a gender transition, exploring sexuality, redefining relationships, or simply wanting a therapist who will understand this part of your life without making it the only thing about you, you are welcome here.
You deserve care that sees the whole of you.
